2. Registration Entitlement

After registration, participant will be entitled with

2. Access to all online presentations
3. Certificate of online presentation
4. Opportunity to win Best Oral Presentations and get awarded with 500 USD (Paid with Paypal)

Notes: The registration fee does not include the publication fee in EI conference proceeding or SCI journals.

3. Registration Notices

♣   Payment is supposed to be made in USD, kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency. The conference organizer will not accept any
      bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
♣   Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to
      you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact abs@absconf.org for details).
♣   Kindly input the paper ID when making the payment. You will receive an official confirmation email and an e-copy of official receipt within 5 days after
      receipt of the required fees.

4. Payment Methods

Kindly email to us for getting the invoice or registration instruction. Following payment methods are available:

Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper ID. For listeners, please contact us to generate an ID for you.

5. Transfer, Cancellation and Postponement Policy

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to abs@absconf.org

Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Postponement Policy
All fully paid registrations could be kept for three years after e-mail confirmation at least 20 days prior to the start of the conference. Registration confirmed for ABS 2020 will be valid for ABS 2021- ABS 2022 if the participant could not attend ABS 2020 due to unavoidable reasons. However, the registration will be valid for three years only, and registration fee could not transfer or refund during the process. Compensation for registration fee differences is needed if there are any.
