Registration Fee for Regular Participants:$500 dollars for regular participants

One Registration fee includes the following for the registered author:
• General conference Materials including program brochure and conference goodies
• Access to all conference sessions and workshops etc
• Catering (lunch, dinner and coffee break) from June 27th to 28th in the conference venue
• One day tour in Qingdao
• Publishing one abstract in the abstract book

Please Note: The accommodation fee and publication fee in indexed journals are not included in the registration fee.

Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins, you have to complete the following two steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the presentation.
ONLINE payment
Please contact Conference Secretary through email at: abs@absconf.org for link of ONLINE payment using Credit Card/debit Card/Travel Card. In addition to that the Bank Money Transfer is also available (please see your registration instructions that will be provided at the time of the acceptance notification)
Step 2 - Registration
ONLY Email the filled registration form (.xls/.xlsx format); final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format); and Proof of payment at email id: abs@absconf.org. One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in *ONE Registration Fee above. If coauthor also like to register then each coauthor has to pay the extra registration fee inorder to get registered.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations 50 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund;
Cancellations between 49 and 7 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of fees;
No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the start of the conference.
