4. Room Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
--A full refund will be arranged if the cancellations were informed before May 30th, 2018.
--35 USD or 40 USD will be deducted from the hotel reservation payment and the rest will be refunded if the cancellations were informed after May 30th but before June 15th, 2018.
--65 USD or 80 USD will be deducted from the hotel reservation payment and the rest will be refunded if the cancellation were informed after June 15th, 2018 or no-shows.
