Room Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
Cancellations 10 days prior to the start of the conference ( i.e. 2 July 2016) will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 3 and 10 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 90% of fees.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the start of the conference ( i.e. 24 July 2016) or no-shows.
