Registration Methods
Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins, you have to complete the following two steps.
Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the abstract proceedings and included in the presentation.
ONLINE payment

abs@absconf.org for link of ONLINE payment using Paypal /Pioneer. In addition to that the Bank Money Transfer is also available (please see your registration instructions that will be provided at the time of the acceptance notification)
Step 2 - Registration
ONLY Email the filled registration form (.xls/.xlsx format); final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format); and Proof of payment at email id:
abs@absconf.org. One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in Registration Entitlement above. If coauthor also likes to register then each coauthor has to pay the extra registration fee in order to get registered.

paper submission system to register with a paper ID. For listeners, please contact us to generate an ID for you.
Transfer, Cancellation and Postponement of Registration
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to
abs@absconf.org
Transfer of registration:
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to abs@absconf.org. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
Cancellation Policy:
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
• Cancellation before June 9th, full refund would be arranged;
• Cancellation from June 10th to July 2nd, 75% of the fees would be refunded; or transfer full registration fee to the next conference;
• Cancellation from July 3rd and July 15th, 50% of fees would be refunded; or transfer 75% of the registration fee to the next conference;
• Cancellation after July 15th, no refunds or postponement policy will be applicable;
Postponement Policy:
All fully paid registrations could be kept for three years after e-mail confirmation at least 20 days prior to the start of the conference. Registration confirmed for ABS 2019 will be valid for ABS 2020- ABS 2021 if the participant could not attend ABS 2019 due to unavoidable reasons. However, the registration will be valid for three years only, and registration fee could not transferred or refund during the process. Compensation for registration fee differences is needed if there are any.
