Reviewer Requirements

• Upload detailed English CV during registration for review confirmation;
• Send the review comments in two to three weeks if you accept to review a paper. Any delays or accidents, kindly inform the editor or secretary in advance;
• If you accept to review, you must treat the materials you receive as confidential documents. This means you can’t share them with anyone without prior authorization from the editor. Since peer review is confidential, you also must not share information about the review with anyone without permission from the editors and authors;
• Your comments should be courteous and constructive, and should not include any personal remarks or personal details including your name. You should explain and support your judgement so that both editors and authors are able to fully understand the reasoning behind your comments.

Instructions about discounts for reviewers

• For reviewers who would love to participate in the conference, discounts on the standard registration fee would be offered based on the quantity and quality of papers they have reviewed;
• Discounts would be offered only for reviewers who reviewed papers (with no upper limit) carefully and give authors precious as well as constructive advice. (An example of excellent review comments here, made by one of our responsible reviewers from previous conference)
